I loved the first 4 week online meditation group (Time for Yourself) so much that I immediately signed up for the next 4 week course (The Four Seasons). I've found it so helpful to have a regular session in my diary once a week, it has really helped me to stay focused and feel like I'm holding myself accountable. Even if I haven't managed to get all the tasks done perfectly, the fact that there is a weekly check-in just keeps the intention to put self-care first at the forefront of my mind. Getting sent the workbook and having access to the recordings etc. also really helps to keep you focused. I like to spend some time when the content arrives reading through everything and then thinking about my week ahead, setting aside time each day to complete tasks or reflect. The live sessions have been incredible. Lara puts so much time, effort and care in to creating really special meditations that are accessible and effective. Each week that passes builds upon everything from previous weeks so you really feel like you've learned and developed over the course.

Signing up to a Dias-Hill Sanctuary course was an attempt to force myself into scheduling some 'me' time and I can't express how glad I am that I did.  The weekly sessions are well scheduled and the perfect way to relax and re-group after the stress of day (especially the kids bedtime) and sets you up nicely for the week. The recorded option is a godsend when life doesn't go to plan as it means you never miss out, plus  they also work so well they will send a hyper-active 6 year old to sleep (and as a result are on repeat in my house). The daily tasks in the accompanying workbook ensure you re-focus daily and offer you a regular opportunity to take 10 minutes for yourself. As a former sceptic of meditation I can honestly say I am a convert and cannot recommend Lara's courses enough, I will be signing up to many more in the future.

I recently participated in Lara's Summer Sanity Collab course and it was honestly life-changing! Before the course, I was dealing with feeling guilty for any kind of rest, my creativity was a bit stuck, and I was also looking after my two year old son mostly on my own and felt like I wasn't coping very well. I wanted to find a way to deal with negative emotions in a healthy way without diving into depression.

This mindfulness meditation course improved absolutely everything about my life. I was able to notice the tiny wonderful things around me with more clarity, and by doing this, I was able to drag myself out of any negative feelings I was having, whilst also recognising it is okay to feel those things. My creativity has also soared during this time because my mental health is in such a better place.

I have also found my relationships with my husband, son, friends and family has greatly improved because I've learned to let things go that do not serve me and to be kinder to myself. 

That has been the greatest achievement of mine in this course: being kind to myself and realising I deserve kindness. Thank you so much, Lara, for creating such an amazing course and for being supportive throughout the whole process.

"Pleasantly pleased with Lara’s particular attention my safety and more so for her safety, on her elaborate massage table. The choice of background sounds was great. I chose ‘Ocean and Wave’ which took me to a beach in the Caribbean.
The treatment was in two parts. Firstly, a Reiki Treatment.  I was immersed in the music and the relief in right arm and right side of my neck from the pain I had.  The second part of the session a meditation. Lara raised the head rest and body half of the massage table. Then with a single sentence set me off into a meditation the second part of the treatment.
Lara’s dogs Bodhi and Misha had total understanding of what was going on and rested close by, very calm for two precious creatures who are normally very lively.
After the meditation and a few questions as to how I was feeling the session was complete. Lara then booked a date in her diary for another session."
"I have been having Reiki treatments and attending guided meditation with Lara and I thoroughly recommend both!

I suffer with a chronic illness and I have found the weekly meditation classes to be very restorative for me, both physically and also mentally. I wasn’t sure what to expect from guided meditation, and I was nervous about whether I would cope for an hour long, but actually it goes really quickly and each week we go to a new “place” which keeps things interesting! I find that the holistic approach has really helped me in both body & mind, and I have seen an improvement in my self-esteem, posture and ability to practice mindfulness. The breathwork we do is a great tool for anyone to keep in the toolkit to help cope with the stresses of daily life. I have found personally that I use it to help me get off to sleep at night.

Reiki has also been very healing & restorative for me, even though I’ve only had one session so far. I’m looking forward to seeing where the next session takes me!"
"I booked in for Lara's mobile reiki service. She made good use of audio resources to create a comfortable environment. I felt soft, flexible generally a lot less uptight afterwards. I'm a hefty guy and the table she used more than dealt with my weight as well as being comfortable/clean too." 
Lara took us on a beautiful visualisation. We wondered gently through a pine forest. Lara also guided us on a series of breathing techniques, and stretches. The smell of insence lightly filled the room, and blankets kept us snuggly warm while we lay there imagining her words. I couldn't recommend her more. Give your self an hour away from your 9-5, the kids, study... It reminded me how important it is, and how infrequently we give our selves that time.
I look forward to working on my visualisation, and finding cerenity with you as my guide. Honestly last time I tried meditation, I didn't think I would even attempt it again. Thank you.
