The Dias Hill Sanctuary is a wellness hub located in Somerset, serving clients locally in person and nationally online. Experienced therapist in Reiki, Mindfulness Coaching and currently studying a degree in Neuroscience. We provide bespoke person centred therapies to meet the unique needs of each individual. Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the therapist gently placing their hands on or near a client's body to promote relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety. The word "Reiki" comes from the Japanese words rei, meaning "universal," and ki, meaning "life energy". Therapists believe that Reiki works by improving the flow and balance of the client's energy to support healing.

1:1 Mindfulness Coaching

To celebrate the launch of our new website we wanted to give our lovely clients a taster of our meditations.

Introducing to you, our Breathing Grounding Meditation.

 

A tool that can be used for grounding and bringing you back to your body. This is a technique that Lara uses personally when feeling anxious or is struggling to sleep. It is also a favourite with her clients.

Grab a blanket, get comfy and enjoy 12 minutes of peace and breathing.

Please note - As with all breathing exercises if you feel uncomfortable at any time please stop. These meditations are not a replacement for professional medical or psychological services.
